1. Legal Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Raj Print Palace storefront and purchases made on this platform. By browsing or checking out on our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. This website is owned and operated by Raj Print Palace Private Limited.

2. Account Registration

To complete a purchase, you may need to register an account. You represent and warrant that all account information provided (including billing/delivery details) is truthful and accurate. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Catalog Pricing, GST, & Billing

All prices shown on our storefront are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at standard rates (e.g. 5% or 12% for designer apparel and suits).

• We calculate tax breakdowns server-side based on the shipping address destination (Intra-state CGST+SGST within Maharashtra, and Inter-state IGST elsewhere in India).
• Final totals (including flat delivery fees for orders under ₹5000) are compiled at review before triggering checkout.

4. Payment & Checkout Processing

Payments are executed via authorized payment gateway partners (Razorpay and PayU fallback).

• By initiating a checkout transaction, you authorize our gateway partners to charge the total grand sum securely from your credit card, debit card, net banking account, UPI app, or digital wallet.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if automated gatekeeper systems flag transactions as potentially fraudulent or duplicate.

5. Order Acceptance & Inventory Allocation

Order receipt numbers do not constitute final acceptance of a purchase. If our inventory control systems flag an item as out-of-stock, or if the product details contain typographical pricing errors, we reserve the right to reject/cancel the order and refund the payment within 5-7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website, including designs, illustrations, brand logos, product suit layouts, catalog images, and custom software code, is the exclusive property of Raj Print Palace Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from transactions on this storefront shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
