Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Logistics Network

We partner with India's leading shipping aggregators, primarily Shiprocket, to deliver our curated designer suits safely. Through their network, we leverage courier services like BlueDart, Delhivery, Shadowfax, and DTDC to ensure prompt and secure transit.

2. Shipping Charges

We apply shipping charges based on your order values:

• Orders ₹5,000 and above: Free Delivery to all serviceable pincodes across India.
• Orders under ₹5,000: A flat shipping fee of ₹299 is applied at checkout to cover courier transport and premium protective packaging.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Dispatch Timeline: Orders are processed and dispatched from our Mumbai warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.
• Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery to remote regions, North-East states, and Jammu & Kashmir may take up to 7 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your shipment is handed over to the logistics partner, we generate a unique Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number. You will receive an SMS and email notification containing:

• Your Shiprocket AWB number.
• A direct link to track your shipment in real-time.

You can also track your shipment status on the order success screen (`/order/[id]`) or your personal dashboard.

5. Damage or Missing Packages

All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit.

• If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, tampered with, or open, please do not accept delivery.
• Report shipping discrepancies or transit damages to us at support@rajprintpalace.com within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by an opening video/photos for swift verification and replacement.
