Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

1. Cancellation Policy

We believe in offering our customers a flexible cancellation process:

  • You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • To cancel an order, log in to your account, navigate to "My Orders", and click the "Cancel Order" button, or email us at support@rajprintpalace.com with your Order number.
  • Once the order is dispatched and a Shiprocket tracking AWB is generated, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will have to request a return after delivery.

2. Return Window & Conditions

We offer a friendly 7-day return window starting from the date of successful delivery:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags, badges, and brand packaging intact.
  • Returns of customized or custom-stitched suits are not accepted unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Create a return request through your "My Orders" dashboard or write to support.
  2. Once authorized, we will arrange a reverse pickup at your delivery address using our integrated logistics provider, Shiprocket, at no extra cost to you.
  3. If reverse pickup service is unavailable at your pincode, we will request you to self-ship the item back to our warehouse. We will credit a flat ₹100 shipping fee credit to your account in this case.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received at our Mumbai warehouse, it undergoes a quality check.

  • If approved, we will initiate your refund immediately.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original source payment method (Razorpay or PayU) and will reflect in your bank account or credit card statement within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's billing cycles.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are executed via UPI transfer or bank account transfer.
